Colleen Schlagel

Colleen Schlagel, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Talent Officer at Sovos Compliance, a company that provides technology solutions for tax compliance to financial institutions and large enterprises globally since January 2015. Prior to this role, Colleen held various senior human resources positions, including Vice President of Human Resources at Convey, where leadership focused on talent management and acquisition in the tax information reporting sector, and at Chamilia, overseeing global talent strategies. Experience also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Bluestem Brands, where strategic HR initiatives supported rapid business growth, as well as roles as Senior Human Resources Generalist at Entegris and Human Resources Generalist at Medical Arts Press. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
