Virginia Costa

Virginia Costa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and software development. Currently serving as the Managing Director of North American Shared Services at Sovos since January 2011, Virginia oversees the Argentina-based shared service center for Product Development, Support, and Services Teams. Previous roles include General Manager for Argentina at Convey Compliance, now known as Sovos Development, and Managing Director of Latin America Development, where Virginia focused on process innovation and team structure. Early career experience includes positions as Development Supervisor and Project Leader at Convey, and roles as Junior Developer and QA Tester at Noa Software. Virginia holds multiple degrees, including a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Universidad de Belgrano and an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad del Norte 'Santo Tomás de Aquino', complemented by certifications in Scrum methodology.
