Dave Willis

Dave Willis is an experienced Project Manager currently with Taylor Kohrs since November 2023, focusing on ground-up multi-family, commercial, and light industrial projects. Prior to this role, Dave was a Project Manager from February to October 2023, managing ground-up commercial and light industrial projects. Dave's extensive experience includes managing tenant improvements and ground-up projects at DSP Builders, Inc. from October 2017 to January 2023, as well as overseeing high-end commercial interiors with River Drive Construction from 2008 to 2015. Previous roles include managing ground-up big box retail and light industrial projects at March Associates, and handling hospital and medical office projects at Beragan Construction. Early career experience involved project management at Wm. Blanchard Co., as well as roles in estimating and project supervision at Austin Helle Company and Murray Construction.
