Carol Penny Thompson

Carol Penny Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Carol began their career at BMW GB as a Corporate Sales employee from 1985 to 1988. Carol then moved on to work at MI Homes as an Assistant Production Coordinator from 1989 to 1998. Following that, they joined Beazer Homes and held various positions, including Purchasing Manager, Director of Business Process Improvement, VP of Purchasing, Regional VP of Purchasing, and National VP of Purchasing. Carol worked at Beazer Homes from 1998 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Meritage Homes as a Regional Vice President of Purchasing for a brief period before joining Taylor Morrison as the Vice President of Purchasing, Architecture and Design Center. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of National Director, Strategic Sourcing at Taylor Morrison. Overall, Carol has substantial experience in the purchasing and construction industry, working in leadership roles at several prominent homebuilding companies.
