Justin Johannes

Justin Johannes has extensive experience in the construction industry. Justin began their career at Centex Homes in 2004 as a Field Manager 4, and they worked there until 2008. Following that, they joined Brinkmann Constructors as a Project Superintendent for a year. In 2010, they joined PulteGroup as a Superintendent and stayed until 2011. Justin then worked at BluSky Restoration Contractors as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2013. Concurrently, they also owned and operated Two J Construction from 2009 to 2013. Afterwards, they joined KB Home as a Superintendent and later as a Project Manager and Regional Construction Manager from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are working at Taylor Morrison since 2016, initially as an Area Construction Manager, and then promoted to Director of Construction and Vice President of Construction in 2017 and 2018 respectively.

Justin Johannes attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management.
