Zin Olin

Zin Olin's work experience includes various roles in the housing industry. Zin started their career at Arthur Rutenberg Homes as a Purchasing Manager before moving on to Anthony Homes, Inc as an Operations Manager. Zin then worked at John Wieland Homes as a Quality Manager and Patrick Malloy Communities as an Area Construction Manager. Zin joined PulteGroup and held positions such as Purchasing Manager for CityHomes, Area Construction Manager and Lead Field Manager, and Director of Purchasing. Zin then worked at Meritage Homes as Vice President Purchasing, where they led a purchasing team and received a National Leadership Award. Zin's most recent position was at Taylor Morrison, where they served as Vice President Purchasing and National Vice President Purchasing Optimization. Zin led large purchasing teams and oversaw significant direct spend.

Zin Olin has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of West Florida. In addition, Zin has obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2019.
