Bruce Frey has worked for Gap Inc. since 1999, beginning as a Planner and progressing through roles of increasing responsibility to Director, Inventory Management at Gap Outlet, Sr. Director of Inventory Management at Banana Republic, and Sr. Director, Inventory Management at Gap US Adult. In 2012, they were identified as an executive leadership candidate and selected by Gap Inc. leadership for nomination to the inaugural General Management program. After completing the program, they were promoted to Vice President, Inventory - Banana Republic Factory Stores in 2013, where they were responsible for all market channels including US, Canada, Japan, and US Online totaling $850 million in annual volume. Bruce delivered strategies, omni-channel marketing tactics, and investments that increased online global sales by more than 100% year-over-year, driving annual revenue to $80 million. In 2019, Bruce Frey joined Taylor Stitch as Executive General Manager, and in 2021 they were appointed Chief Product & People Officer at The Digital Stronghold.
Bruce Frey attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1995 to 1999 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology.
