Anne Billson-Ross

Anne Billson-Ross is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning several high-profile roles. Currently serving as Group Human Resources Director at Taylor Wimpey plc since September 2014, Anne oversees HR strategies across 24 regional businesses, focusing on talent development and employee potential. Previously, at Thomas Cook from 2007 to December 2013, Anne held multiple senior positions, including Human Resources Transformation and Cultural Change Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR for the group and UK operations, as well as leading integration efforts during a major merger. Anne's earlier experience includes leadership roles at BSkyB overseeing HR strategy during a period of significant growth and at NatWest as Learning and Development Manager. Academically, Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science from the University of Wolverhampton and a Post Graduate Certificate in Secondary Education from De Montfort University.
