Shahzad Abbas

Shahzad Abbas is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in project controls and financial management. Currently serving as a Project Controls Engineer at Taylor Woodrow since July 2022, Shahzad is involved in the Southampton to London Pipeline project, focusing on labor agency cost reconciliation. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Site Support Finance Officer at Balfour Beatty VINCI from May 2021 to July 2023, overseeing plant hire and material invoice processing. Shahzad also held the position of Senior Finance Officer at Tideway London from August 2018 to May 2021 and worked as a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk at J. Murphy & Sons Limited from January 2005 to August 2018. Shahzad holds a Level-3 AAT qualification from McArthur Morgan College London and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Maths from the University of the Punjab.
