Dave Hoskins has a range of experience in various leadership roles within the IT industry. Dave started their career at NCR Information Imaging as a Programmer/Analyst before moving to Compro Financial Systems as a Product Specialist. Dave then joined Standard Register, where they held positions such as Software Developer, Project Manager, and Manager in the areas of software development and inventory control systems. At Standard Register, they also served as the Vice President of IT and Chief Security Officer, overseeing all aspects of IT operations.
Hoskins then moved on to Dayton Power and Light, where they served as the Chief Information Officer, responsible for IT/OT strategy, operations, project delivery, and information security. Dave also served as the Director of Enterprise Applications, managing a portfolio of package-based applications and maintaining relationships with third-party technology organizations.
Following that, they joined CareSource Management Group as the Director of IT Workflow & Collaboration Systems, focusing on the creation and optimization of workflow and collaboration systems using platforms such as OnBase, MS Dynamics CRM, and SharePoint. Dave also provided support for various corporate applications.
Currently, Hoskins works at Taylor Corporation as the Director of Systems Engineering, where they lead a team of System Engineers in guiding the Taylor Healthcare Technology DevOps group. Dave is responsible for the DEV pipeline for several product groups and cloud-based production support.
Dave Hoskins has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Northern Kentucky University and a Master's degree in Information Systems from Wright State University. Dave also holds a certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, although the institution and date of acquisition are unknown.
