Kalai Mathi V

Kalai Mathi V is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and web content editing, currently serving at Taylor's Education Group since November 2009. In this role, Kalai pioneered the establishment of a Training Unit within the ICT Department, developing comprehensive training modules, materials, and schedules. Kalai also created standard operating procedures to standardize training activities and played a key role in translating technical concepts for better communication between system developers and non-IT staff. Prior to this, Kalai worked as an Editor at Pearson Longman from February 2007 to November 2008. Kalai holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aquaculture from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, earned between 2001 and 2004.
