Tammie Mitchell

Tammie Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Tammie is currently the VP of Total Rewards at Taysha Gene Therapies, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Audentes Therapeutics from July 2018 to March 2022, serving as the Sr. Director of HR Operations & Benefits and later as the Director of Benefits & HR Programs. From June 2015 to July 2018, they were the Director of People Operations at Act-On Software, Inc. Before that, they held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at the American Licorice Company from January 2006 to December 2014. Tammie's earliest work experience was as a Human Resources Manager at Random House, Inc. and Prima Publishing, where they worked from October 1993 to May 2005.

Tammie Mitchell attended Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business from 1984 to 1988. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
