Mustafa Emir Erdem serves as the Customer Success Lead at Dataroid since June 2024. Previously, Mustafa held the position of Manager, Customer Success for the US & TR at TAZI AI Systems from June 2022 to June 2024 and worked as a Customer Success Manager at Refinitiv, an LSEG business, from October 2020 to May 2022. Prior to this, Mustafa amassed significant experience in the finance sector at Şekerbank T.A.Ş., where roles included Treasury Marketing and Sales Senior Associate, focusing on FX and Interest Rate Sales, as well as product development and client relations within Small Medium Size Enterprises Banking. Mustafa's educational background includes an M.B.A. from Bahcesehir University and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Yeditepe University.
