Natalie Poole

Natalie Poole has been serving as a Community Healthcare Worker (CHW) at TB HIV Care since August 2018. In this role, Natalie conducts household assessments, assists clients with personal care, and performs health checks such as blood pressure and glucose testing. Additionally, Natalie is responsible for carrying out screenings for various health concerns, including HIV, diabetes, STIs, and COVID-19.
