Catarina Capela

Catarina Capela began their work experience at Tecline SGPS in January 2017, where they served as a Customer Manager until September 2019. Catarina then joined 2045 - Empresa de Segurança, S.A. as a Commercial Assistant from September 2019 to March 2020. From March 2020 to March 2021, they worked as an Office Manager at tb.lx by Daimler Truck. Following this, they transitioned to the role of Remote Office Coordinator/People Experience Specialist at the same company, and later assumed the position of Hybrid & People Experience Specialist from June 2021 onwards.

Catarina Capela attended ESCO - Escola de Serviços e Comércio do Oeste from 2013 to 2016. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Nível 4 with a specialization in Técnico de Gestão. In November 2020, they obtained a certification in Organizational Behavior: How to Manage People from Coursera.
