Anatoly Potapov

Anatoly Potapov has a diverse work experience in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP). Anatoly began their career as an NLP Researcher at DeepPavlov.ai in 2017. After that, they worked at Tinkoff, starting as an NLP Engineer in 2018. In this role, they improved the internal customer intent classification system and developed pre-trained models. Anatoly then progressed to become a Senior NLP Engineer from 2019 to 2021, where they took on more responsibilities. Following this, Anatoly worked as a Techlead/Teamlead for the Tinkoff AI Support Team, leading the team from May 2021 to August 2023.
