Davron Adilkhodjaev

Davron Adilkhodjaev has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Davron is currently working as the Chief Information Officer at TBC UZ since October 2020. Prior to this, they were a Deputy CTO at the same company from February 2020 to October 2020.

Before joining TBC UZ, Davron worked at "JET INFOSYSTEMS" Ltd as a Senior Oracle Database Administrator from May 2015 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for performing DB Audit, PoC tests, Migration, Upgrading, Patching, and finding solutions for complex tasks. Davron successfully conducted 12 PoC tests on Exadata Database Machines and completed several projects for clients, including a complex 10TB Oracle Database Migration.

From August 2019 to January 2020, Davron served as a Deputy Director (CTO) at Credit Bureau "Credit Information-Analytical Centre". In this position, they resolved technical issues, improved company services, and led technical and business negotiations. Davron also worked as the Head of IT Department at the same company for a brief period in May 2019.

Prior to that, Davron worked at EISST Ltd as a Technical Project Manager from June 2012 to May 2019. Davron followed project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and oversaw the planning, budgeting, and documentation of software and hardware development projects.

Davron also gained experience as a Senior Specialist of IT at JV "UZPAYNET" LLC from May 2011 to June 2012, where they focused on improving business processes and ensuring database stability. Davron worked as a Billing Expert at UCELL from November 2010 to May 2011, where they managed Oracle databases and led projects for integrating new services into the billing system. Additionally, they held an Expert role at TeliaSonera JV, FE "COSCOM" LLC, UCell from November 2010 to May 2011.
