Marlene Pijlman

Marlene Pijlman is an experienced organisational development professional with a strong background in talent management and capability building. Currently serving as Organisational Development & Capability Manager at TBH since January 2022, Marlene previously held various leadership roles at Forestry Corporation of NSW, including Talent & Organisational Development Manager and Organisational Development Business Partner, where initiatives focused on high performance and employee engagement. Marlene's extensive experience also encompasses leadership development roles at Pacific National and Woolworths Limited, contributing to the creation and facilitation of impactful leadership programs. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Education in Adult Education from the University of Technology Sydney and a BA in Arts with a focus in Psychology from Macquarie University.
