Kevin's expertise encompasses managing distressed commercial real estate loans, strategic planning, and operational management, significantly contributing to revenue growth and successful buyouts. Prior positions include Senior Vice President at Bluebonnet Savings Bank and President at Fox Consulting Group, with a proven track record of returning institutions to profitability. Kevin holds a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Finance from The University of Dallas.
