Jahan Mithun

Jahan Mithun currently serves as the Deputy News Editor at TBN24 since May 2021 and has a diverse background in journalism and writing, beginning as a Sub Editor at Dhaka Tribune from February 2013 to 2015 and advancing to Senior Subeditor during 2015-2016. Jahan has contributed to various media outlets, including serving as a Senior Subeditor at Bangladesh News and as a Multimedia Journalist at Barta24. Additionally, Jahan worked as a Research Fellow at NHK, Japan Broadcasting Corporation, and as a Senior Newsroom Editor at Boishakhi Media Limited. Since December 2011, Jahan has also been a Freelance Writer and has actively participated as an Organizer at Amader Pathshala, a social initiative focused on providing quality education to underprivileged children. Jahan holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Dhaka, completed in 2009.
