Kenneth A. Louard is the current Chief Operating Officer at TBV. Prior to their current position, Louard was a partner at Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP and the Director of Business Development at Grain Management, LLC.

Louard has been in the legal and business development field for over 10 years. Kenneth started their career as a Partner at Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP, one of the largest minority owned full service law firms in the country. As a partner, Louard ran the 14 attorney Public Finance Group and was responsible for overseeing general corporate and securities work, with an emphasis on public offerings of debt and equity securities as well as public and private mergers and acquisitions.

In 2012, Louard transitioned from law to business development when they became the Director of Business Development at Grain Management, LLC. In this role, Louard was responsible for all cell tower business development efforts for the firm. Kenneth developed relationships with major and rural carriers, government entities, tower developers, site acquisition firms and other industry players with the goal of building, acquiring sites and collocation tenants.

Since joining TBV in 2016, Louard has been responsible for leading TBV’s growth initiatives and expanding its footprint across the United States. Under their leadership, TBV has become one of the largest minority-owned businesses in the country.

Kenneth A. Louard has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a JD from Harvard Law School, and an AB from Harvard University.

Their manager is Chuck Madden, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with David H. Rosenberg - CLO & Co-Founder, Velia Carboni - CDO.
