Pol Labaut

Pol Labaut has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2015, Pol worked as a Radio Talk Show Host at Régi 5 until 2016. In 2016, Pol served as a Community Manager and Designer at CEICS, and went on to become the President of CEICS from 2017 to 2018. Pol also worked as a Communication Manager and Frontend Developer at open Summer of code in 2017.

In 2018, Pol became a Community Manager at 360 Top Football Training and a Frontend Developer and Designer at open Summer of code. During this time, Pol also co-founded Avalanche prod, where they served as a Co-Founder from 2018 to 2022.

In 2021, Pol took on the role of Digital Swiss Knife at Johan Lolos Photography from February to May. They also worked as a Project Manager at open Summer of code in July. Currently, Pol is working as a Digital Creative - Art Director at TBWA\Belgium since January 2022. Additionally, Pol has been the Treasurer at Judo Club Trois-Ponts since July 2015.

Pol Labaut began their education at the Académie de Musique de Malmedy from 2009 to 2012, where they studied Speech Communication and Rhetoric. They then attended Collège Saint-Remacle from 2008 to 2014, earning a CESS degree in Secondary Education. In 2014, Pol Labaut briefly attended Université de Liège, studying Computer Sciences. They later attended IHECS from 2015 to 2019, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Applied communication & advertising. Pol Labaut furthered their education at IHECS from 2019 to 2021, completing a Master's degree in Advertising.
