Emma Lester

Emma Lester is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client partnership and management across various agencies. Currently serving as General Manager at TBWA\Australia since April 2019, Emma leads initiatives for notable clients such as ANZ, Sweat, Medibank, and Nissan. Prior experience at TMW Unlimited, spanning a decade, includes roles as Business Director and Group Account Director, with significant contributions to key clients like Sony Mobile and Virgin Trains. Emma has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Gold DMA for Best Use of Email and achievements in social media marketing and content solutions. Earlier experiences include senior account management at Proximity London, RMG Connect, and Clemenger BBDO Brisbane, as well as a role in trade and investment with the Queensland Government.
