Hannah Fehlman

Hannah Fehlman is a professional experienced in customer service and social media coordination, currently serving as a Guest Services Supervisor at TC Restaurant Group since January 2022. Alongside this role, Hannah is also a Customer Experience Specialist at TC Restaurant Group. Since May 2021, Hannah has contributed as a Social Media Coordinator and Customer Relationship Management Specialist for The Country Fest. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Catering Manager at Lanciano Wood Fired Catering, where responsibilities included catering support and developing customer service procedures. Additionally, Hannah worked as a Front Desk Associate at Dogwood Swimming Pool, enhancing customer satisfaction and handling inquiries. Earlier experience also includes a role as a Childcare Assistant at CHILDSCAPE LEARN & GROW, LLC, where excellent care and administrative support were provided. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Kent State University, completed in 2021, and graduated from Hoover High School in 2017.
