Roseann Miller has extensive experience in customer service, project management, and executive leadership roles. Roseann began their career in 1998 as a Senior Project Manager at Southern New England Telephone. In 1999, they joined Protocol Global Solutions as National Director of Customer Service, and Protocol Marketing as Director of Customer Service/Senior Project Manager. In 2008, they were Global Director of Member Services at Club Quarters, LLC, where they were responsible for brand management, the reinvention and refocus of the Member Services Department, the successful deployment of the Central Reservation Online System, and the development and launch of an online training and reference portal. In 2011, they began working at The Agora Companies as Vice President of Subscriber Services. In 2015, they joined Emerald Contact Centre (ECC) as Managing Director, and in the same year, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer, President, and CEO of TCC, LLC Maryland.
Roseann Miller completed an Associate degree from the School of Nursing in 1982.
