Kerstin Pahlke

Kerstin Pahlke serves as Geschäftsführerin at P&P Pahlke Prozessmanagement GmbH since April 2023, focusing on process and project management with a methodical, customer-oriented, and sustainable approach. Since October 2018, Kerstin Pahlke has been a Partner at TCI Transformation Consulting International, specializing in IT business transformation, particularly in larger ERP system selections and implementations, while supporting corporate management and change management. Kerstin Pahlke also has served as a lecturer in Business Informatics at HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration since May 2016, teaching modules on information systems and business process management methodologies. Previously, Kerstin Pahlke was the CEO of intellivate GmbH from August 1996 to June 2023, where responsibilities included founding the IT consulting firm and software manufacturer, overseeing the development and implementation of the IYOPRO BPM suite, and managing numerous successful digital transformation projects. Kerstin Pahlke holds a Diplom Mathematikerin degree from TU Dortmund University and a Vordiplom from Kiel University.
