Michelle Bauer

Michelle Bauer SPHR has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the HR Manager at TCI, LLC (Transcoil) since March 2004, where responsibilities include overseeing all HR functions in a non-union manufacturing environment. Michelle's previous role was HR Manager at BRIO from 1995 to 2004, where management of HR functions for a nationwide workforce was paramount. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and further studies at Concordia University-Wisconsin.
