Joe Hudson

Joe Hudson has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Joe began their career in education, working as a Third Grade Teacher and later as a Fourth Grade Teacher, where they focused on implementing standards of learning and teaching various subjects. In 2015, they transitioned into the field of talent acquisition, joining North Highland as a National Talent Advisor. In this role, they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions. Joe then moved on to work at HuntSource, where they held various positions including Technical Recruiter, Senior Technical Recruiter, and Principal Recruiting Lead. During their time at HuntSource, they specialized in recruiting for information and cybersecurity, AI/ML, and data science roles, and provided market insights to clients and candidates. Joe is currently employed at TCM Security as the Director of Growth, focusing on sales, business development, and raising awareness about the company's services and programs. Joe's breadth of experience in education and talent acquisition has equipped him with a diverse skill set and a passion for helping people.

Joe Hudson attended Christopher Newport University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. In addition to their degree, Joe has acquired several certifications in cybersecurity and other areas. In March 2023, they obtained certifications in "Cybersecurity Awareness: The Internet of Things (IoT)", "Design Thinking: Data Intelligence", and "Diversity Recruiting" from LinkedIn. In February 2023, they obtained certifications in "Cybersecurity Careers: Become a Security Auditor", "Cybersecurity Careers: Getting Started as a CISO", and "Cybersecurity Foundations" also from LinkedIn.
