Kevin Garcia started their work experience as a Technical Support Engineer at XANT in January 2017. Kevin then worked as a Premier Technical Support Engineer from October 2017 to August 2018, followed by a role as the Lead Premier Technical Support Engineer from August 2018 to March 2019. Subsequently, they worked as an Enterprise Technical Consultant from March 2019 to September 2021. Kevin joined TCN in November 2021 as a Salesforce Administrator, responsible for maintaining user creation and permission updates, troubleshooting flow errors, and creating and maintaining digital experience sites. In November 2022, they were promoted to the role of Senior Salesforce Administrator at TCN.
Kevin Garcia earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Utah Valley University from 2010 to 2013. In August 2018, they obtained certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce.
