Steele Hendershot

Steele Hendershot has extensive experience in various leadership roles within different industries. Steele started their career as an Assistant Director at Pure Entertainment, where they were responsible for on-set film operations and maintaining the filming schedule. Steele then became a Producer, managing budget, crew, and talent for multiple film productions.

After working in the film industry, Steele transitioned to the non-profit sector. At Rising Star Outreach, they served as the Managing Director, overseeing employees, students, and volunteers on campus and managing various programs. Steele also held the role of Executive Director, where they were responsible for fundraising, financial audits, and overall management of the organization in the USA.

In 2014, Steele joined Gravady Extreme Air Sports as the VP of Operations | GM, successfully opening and operating the Las Vegas location. Steele hired and trained a large team, resulting in consistent year-over-year growth and record-breaking profits.

Following their time at Gravady, Steele worked at CircusTrix as VP of Business Development, where they launched the Defy franchise brand and secured multi-unit franchise agreements. Steele also provided support to franchise partners by assisting with funding, lease negotiations, and construction costs. Later, they took on the role of VP Defy Franchise, where they helped open multiple franchise park locations nationwide and provided continuous training and consultation to franchise partners.

Most recently, Steele joined TCN as VP Channel Partners, responsible for strategically procuring enterprise-level partners and building relationships with key partners and clients. Steele also manages channel partner agreements, promotions, and leads.

Steele Hendershot's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business. In addition, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
