Steve Burdick

Steve Burdick started working at Servcorp in 2006 as a Senior System Engineer. Steve was responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting various IT infrastructure components. Steve also served as an escalation point for junior engineers and handled tickets for PC, VOIP, IP cameras, and client queries. In addition, they developed time-saving web apps using the LAMP stack and coded a system to back up global network devices from scratch in Python. Steve also planned and executed on-site IT installations for new locations. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Technical Services Lead and then became the Head of I.T. in 2019. Burdick joined TCN in 2022 as a Site Reliability Engineer.

Steve Burdick earned their Bachelor's degree in International Communication Studies from Brigham Young University–Hawaii, where they attended from 2001 to 2005.
