Colter Blackford

Colter Blackford has a diverse background in management and operations, currently serving as Manufacturing Manager and Operations Program Manager at TCOM, L.P. since August 2022. Prior to this, Colter held the position of Repair Operations Manager at Telephonics from July 2019 to August 2022. Colter also worked as a Program Management Specialist at Sev1Tech LLC for a brief period in 2019 and as a Senior Consultant in Program Management at BayFirst Solutions LLC from September 2017 to April 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Finance and Operations at Twiford Funeral Homes from June 2015 to August 2017 and a lengthy tenure with the U.S. Coast Guard as an Avionics/Electrical Technician and in Project/Program Management from October 1993 to September 2015.
