David Cuccia

David Cuccia is an experienced manager and professional with a diverse background in logistics, operations, maintenance, and business management. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations, Logistics, and Maintenance Programs at TCOM, L.P. since April 2023, David oversees various OLM programs while managing budgets and performance monitoring. Previously, David held several key roles at MidEast LTA, including Deputy Site Manager and Flight Director, overseeing operations and maintenance for a Tethered Aerostat Radar System in support of the Kuwait Air Force. David's earlier experience includes positions in logistics at Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC), financial consulting at A.G. Edwards & Sons, and business ownership at Bagel Island Cafe. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems/Business Management from Rollins College.
