Xiangbo Liu is a Research Scientist at TCOMS - Technology Centre for Offshore and Marine in Singapore since July 2019. Prior to this role, Xiangbo served as a Research Fellow and Research Engineer at the National University of Singapore from August 2014 to May 2019, following a position as a Teaching Assistant from January 2011 to January 2014 at the same institution. Xiangbo holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Offshore Engineering from the National University of Singapore, which was completed in February 2016, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, obtained in July 2010.
