David Jackson

David Jackson has had a diverse work experience in the field of IT. David currently works as the Director of IT Services at TCS Education System, leading a team of 19 staff members to support the technological needs of the schools. Prior to this, they served as Major (Ret.) in the United States Marine Corps, attending various training programs and courses related to field artillery. David also held positions at The University of Texas at Dallas, where they were an IT Manager responsible for application lifecycle management, and at Wyle Integrated Science and Engineering Group, where they served as the Desktop Engineering Team Lead for a DARPA contract. Additionally, they worked as the Provost Technology Analyst at The George Washington University, managing IT solutions for the university Provost and other VIPs. Earlier in their career, they were an IT Manager at imageQUEST, overseeing server infrastructure and implementing IT security strategies, and a Systems Engineer at Bank of America, specializing in commercial loan software development and analysis.

David Jackson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Friends University. David has obtained various certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Change Management Foundation, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), CompTIA Network+ Certification, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT), Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
