Amit Johari

Amit Johari is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various industries and roles. Currently serving as Managing Partner of the HR Advisory Practice at Tata Consultancy Services since April 2021, Amit previously held leadership positions at companies such as Inqubex Consulting, ECU Worldwide, Fractal Analytics, Ernst & Young, Nomura, Genpact, Accenture, Oracle, and Hindustan Unilever Limited. Expertise includes HR strategy, organizational design, talent management, and global human capital management, supporting numerous employees across multiple countries. Amit holds a postgraduate degree in HR and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
