Arijit Roy

Arijit Roy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Tata Consultancy Services in the Philippines since July 2007, Arijit oversees HR strategy for over 5,000 employees, focusing on resource planning, talent management, total rewards, and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Arijit held various leadership roles within Tata Consultancy Services, including Deputy Head and Lead of Human Resources in both the Philippines and India, where responsibilities included HR consultancy across multiple countries. Arijit's early career included a position as Senior Executive of Human Resources at HTMT, managing comprehensive HR functions for over 500 employees. Arijit holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Bangalore University and advanced degrees in Anthropology from Visva-Bharati and the University of Calcutta.
