Carol Davies

Carol Davies is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Head of Technology at Tata Consultancy Services since February 2018, Carol is responsible for leading the technology group for a new third-party administrator supporting Transamerica Life Insurance Company. Prior to this role, Carol held senior leadership positions at Transamerica, including Sr. Vice President of Technology Services and Sr. Vice President of Operations, overseeing development teams and shared resources across multiple locations. Carol's earlier career includes significant roles at Monumental Life Insurance Company, AEGON USA, Inc., and Capital Holding Corporation, with expertise in managing information technology and implementing new technologies. Carol also has experience in property management through a tenure as a condominium manager. Carol pursued business studies at the University of Louisville from 1982 to 1987.
