Girish Nandimath

Girish Nandimath is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Tata Consultancy Services since January 2004. With a progressive career at Tata Consultancy Services, Girish has held various leadership roles including Head of Talent Acquisition for India, Business Cluster HR Head, HR Lead for UK&I, and Lead of the Resource Management Group. Prior to joining Tata Consultancy Services, Girish gained valuable experience in recruitment at Syntel from August 2000 to December 2003. Girish holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Karnatak University, completed between 1990 and 1994.
