Currently serving as the Head of US Banking Sales at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) BaNCS, Joel focuses on driving growth and innovation in core banking and payments modernization. Previous roles at TCS include Client Partner, Business Development Manager, and Business Relationship Manager, where Joel cultivated strong client relationships and advanced solution adoption. Prior experience includes serving as Sales & Operations Manager at J&B Contractors and co-founding Red Hawk Bank, a student-run initiative aimed at promoting financial literacy.
