With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Eric has held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Fraud Strategy and Development at SouthState Bank and Vice President of Fraud Strategy Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Notable achievements include leading high-profile cyber investigations, developing enterprise-wide fraud prevention strategies, and providing fraud and cybersecurity training. Eric's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Florida and an MPA from Drake University, complemented by specialized training in digital forensics and incident response.
