Licenia Rojas

Licenia Rojas is a highly experienced technology executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Chief Engineer, and Chief Architect at TD since July 2021, where responsibilities include enhancing architecture and engineering capabilities to improve system safety and stability. Prior to TD, Licenia spent over 23 years at American Express in various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Unit CIO of Global Services, and Acting Senior Vice President of Enterprise Information Management and Digital Partnerships. Licenia led significant technology transformation initiatives, managing large teams and overseeing critical functions across diverse technologies. Licenia's career began in 1992 with John Alden Financial Corporation, followed by roles at Precision Response Corporation and MEC Personnel Consultants. Licenia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Barry University.
