Thomas J. Greene

Thomas J. Greene, Esq. has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Thomas J. worked as a Secondee to BNP Paribas and TD Securities, providing legal services in regulation and documentation departments. During this time, they were responsible for Dodd-Frank and OSC compliance, Volcker research, and negotiating sec-lending and repurchase agreements. Thomas J. later joined TD Securities as an Associate, where they drafted and negotiated various trading agreements for the stock loan, repurchase, and mortgage-backed security portfolios. Thomas J. also worked with different departments to set up new lines of business. Currently, they serve as a Vice President at TD Securities, overseeing the review and negotiation of complex global master trading agreements. Thomas J. provides legal analysis and support to various internal and external stakeholders and helps mitigate risks for the business portfolios.

Thomas J. Greene, Esq. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University in 2010. Thomas J. then pursued a Juris Doctor degree at St. John's University School of Law, which they completed in 2013. In 2014, they obtained the New York State Attorney certification from the New York State Bar Association.
