Giles Coutinho

Giles Coutinho is a seasoned HRIS Analyst with extensive experience in compensation analysis across various prominent companies. Currently serving as a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst at TD SYNNEX since September 2018, Giles has previously held roles such as Workday Compensation Specialist and Compensation Analyst. Prior experience includes a position at Rackspace as a Sales Strategy, Analytics & Operations Analyst and a Compensation Analyst at Microsoft from October 2016 to May 2018. Giles began a career at Vodafone, where roles included Commissions Partner, Customer Data Analyst, and Talent Administrator following the acquisition of Cable&Wireless Worldwide in July 2012.
