Rick Soulsby

Rick Soulsby is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary at TDC Group. Prior to this, Rick held various actuarial positions at The Doctors Company, Milliman, TRANSRE, and Cigna. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a Minor in Physics from West Virginia University.
