Lim Chee Gay

Lim Chee Gay is the Group CHRO at TDCX. Prior to their current position, they served as the director of human resource and general affair at Samsung Electronics from June 2013 to November 2015. From August 2011 to July 2013, they were the regional vice president of human resource at T-Systems. Lim also served as the vice president of human resource at Astro from September 2008 to August 2011.

Before their positions in human resources, Lim Chee Gay worked in strategy and manufacturing management at Intel Corporation from January 2004 to January 2008. Lim also served as the Greater Asia Region EHR Director at Intel Corporation from October 1998 to April 2004. Their first position at Intel Corporation was as a supply chain program manager from May 1994 to September 1998.

Lim Chee Gay's educational career began with a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University Science Malaysia. Lim then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from the same school.

Their manager is Laurent Junique, CEO. Lim Chee Gay works with Angie Tay - EVP, Singapore, Thailand, China & Korea & Group COO, Tony Bruno - EVP, Business Strategy, and Andy Cranshaw - SVP, Learning & Development.
