Michael Callipari

Michael Callipari is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in customer service and vendor management across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations for Japan at TDCX since January 2021, Michael previously held significant roles, including Director of Customer Service Operations at Emaar in Dubai, and Director of MENA Vendor Management at Careem. Earlier positions include Head of APAC Vendor Management at Airbnb in Singapore and Director of Call Center Operations at Bellsystem24, Inc in Tokyo. Michael began a lengthy tenure at Stream Global Services, progressing through various operational leadership roles in Cairo, Egypt.
