Nikki Morgan

A New Jersey native, Nikki came on board with TDIndustries in 1997. Just eight years later she became Senior Vice President leading their Houston Service, Building Controls and Professional Services teams. Her successful leadership earned her a spot on the executive team in 2011. In recent years her responsibility grew to include Houston Facility Management Services and Construction teams and in 2019 began leading their Houston geography. In 2022, she joined the Executive Leadership Team and added San Antonio to her oversight.

Nikki is an Accredited Professional in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED.) She currently serves as a Board member for the Associated General Contractors and is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors, National Association of Women in Construction and United States Green Building Council.
