Vagner Alves Hampe

Vagner Alves Hampe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Vagner began their career as a Cabo Mecânico de equipamentos Eletroeletrônicos in the Exército Brasileiro - 18º BIMTZ, where they performed maintenance on electronic and telecommunications equipment. After that, they worked at Alstom Grid as a Supplier Development Inspector and later as a Supplier Quality Analyst, where they conducted evaluations, qualifications, and development of suppliers, as well as audits and visits to suppliers.

Vagner then joined GE, first as a Supplier Quality Development Specialist and later as a Lead SQE - Regional Supplier Quality Americas Team. In these roles, they were responsible for driving improvements in supplier quality and implementing quality plans. Vagner also worked closely with supply chain personnel to resolve supplier-related issues and manage supplier and engineering changes. Vagner was involved in Lean Six Sigma quality initiatives and provided quality engineering expertise for new product introductions.

After their time at GE, Vagner worked at Prolec GE as a Supplier Quality Development Leader and later as a Lead SQE and Customer Experience Specialist. In these roles, they focused on driving quality improvements for assigned suppliers and selecting suppliers through qualification processes.

Vagner then joined Metal Work Pneumatic Brazil as a Quality Coordinator, overseeing quality processes and ensuring compliance in the organization. Vagner'smost recent position was at TDM Radiadores do Brasil Ltda, where they served as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing various areas such as operations, logistics, quality, facilities, and maintenance. Vagner developed continuous improvement initiatives, managed resources, and implemented business plans and strategies.

Currently, Vagner Alves Hampe holds the position of Head of Quality Management at TDM Service & Solutions.

Vagner Alves Hampe's education history includes various degrees and certifications. In 2021, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Engineering in the field of Production Engineering at Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER. In the same year, they also obtained an MBA in Strategic Project Management and Agile Methodologies from Descomplica, focusing on Project Management.

Prior to that, Vagner completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Administration and Quality at Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER in 2020. Before pursuing their MBA, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Estácio in 2019, specializing in Business Administration.

Vagner'seducation journey also includes a Technologist degree in Logistics from FATEC, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Vagner acquired a Technical degree as an Electrician from Ulbra São Lucas in 2006.

Furthermore, Vagner started a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Unisinos in 2007 but did not complete it as it was put on hold.

In addition to their degrees, Vagner has obtained several certifications in various fields. In recent years, they have acquired certifications in Gemba Kaizen, Quality Management Foundations, ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Lead Auditor, and Project Management Foundations: Quality, among others. These certifications demonstrate their continuous commitment to professional development and acquiring specialized knowledge.
