Nicole Ballweg

Nicole Ballweg is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in various leadership roles, particularly within TDS® since May 2013. As the Manager of the Project Management Office, Nicole manages IT work intake and coordinates resource allocation across business units. Previous roles include managing enterprise content and collaboration services, directing a team in accounts payable, and serving as both Project Manager and Associate Project Manager, where collaboration and effective planning were key. Nicole's earlier positions span HR and administrative functions at organizations such as the Gordon Flesch Company and UW Madison McClain Athletic Center. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, along with bachelor's degrees in Human Resources, Management, Marketing, and General Education.
